Job Vacancy at PT AXA Services Indonesia

AXA has a multi-distribution model in Indonesia, and due to our rapid growth we are inviting professionals to fill the following positions:

I.Risk Management Supervisor - (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:


  • Ensure distribution channels are fully informed and aware of their legislative/regulatory/internal obligations by providing assistance in developing and implementing comprehensive awareness training and conducting enhancement and communication programmes
  • Assist sales businesses management in carrying out business in compliance with external and company policies, procedures and legislation by planning and conducting regular reviews, developing and monitoring red-flag reports to identify exceptional trends or patterns and imitating corrective action where appropriate
  • Support the resolution of serious complaints by coordinating and conducting special reviews in relation to sales practices or distribution portfolio and provides advice on remedial and disciplinary actions in relation to proven misconducts
  • Ensure KYC/AML practices that are in compliance with regulatory and group requirements, which includes maintaining close coordination with KYC Units, liaising with regulator/PPATK, identifying gaps/issues, proposing solutions, as well as preparing internal reporting
  • Provide support to corporate compliance

Requirements:
  • University graduate
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in performing audit, internal control or compliance functions, or in legal support position, preferably in financial institutions
  • Sound knowledge with the insurance company regulations and operations
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Self motivated and attentive to details
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership and management skills

II.Sales Trainer - (Kalimantan Timur - Balikpapan)

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible in conducting agency training and educational programs and monitoring of the effectiveness of programs executed
  • Contribute to agency development by delivering coaching and working partnership with leaders for recruiting, productivity, active agent ratio, premium, and persistency
  • Maintain compliance based on SOP and company regulation
  • Responsible to build a communication with agency force for business and training matter

Requirements:
  • Experience in training area, especially for sales in insurance or banking or other financial institution
  • Branch development experience is an advantage
  • Willing to travel
  • Able to work in long working hours environment
  • Proactive and energetic personality
  • Good negotiating skill
  • Positive attitude
  • Residence in Balikpapan

III.Underwriting Associate - (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
  • Underwrite non medical application
  • Complaint handling process
  • Provide udnerwriting report (daily, monthly)
  • Medical payment/reimbursement process to provider and sales team

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Medical Science, Medicine or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in underwriting area.
  • Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Underwriter (Insurance) or equivalent.
  • Full-Time positions available.

IV.Sales Recruitment (temporer) - (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
  • To assist the line manager to prepare data base of the applicants with internal and external advertisement
  • To provide weekly report of the selection process
  • To prepare all the administration process before selection process
  • To conduct the psychological test and the 1st interview and analyse the result to fit the requirement base on the profile of sales forces
  • To assist the manager to Liaise with Regional Sales Manager as end-users of the recruitment process in arranging interviews and collecting the final results

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree majoring in psychology, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience in conducting psychological test and interview
  • Highly motivated
  • Willing to work on contract base (3 months)
